As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and personable Business Development Leader to join us on our journey.


What You’ll Do
As our Business Development Lead, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our reach. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Researching, identifying and engage with potential market opportunities, clients, and partnerships

  • Developing and executing clear actionable outreach and sales strategies that open doors and drives revenue growth

  • Leveraging your own network for immediate business relationship and client acquisition

  • Proactively and persistently researching and seeking new relationship and business development opportunities

  • Exponentially expands the company's customer base and clientele list

  • Building and nurturing strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business goals and develop tailored solutions

  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations, proposals and sales pitches

  • Tracking and staying updated on market trends and demands, providing insights for growth strategies

  • Providing feedback from clients and partnerships

  • Positioning our product offerings effectively to meet client's business needs

  • Negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals effectively and professionally

  • Setting and meeting ambitious targets and focusing on measurable outcomes



What We’re Looking For
This is a performance-based role —we want a proactive team player who’s ready to make things happen. Ideally, you have:

  • Bachelor degree in business, administration, marketing or a related field (long proven experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor degree)

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales or a directly related industry experience (7-10+ years of active experience without a bachelor degree)

  • Successful, proven track record of closing deals during the years of experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust

  • A strong network of business contacts with established connections and active relations to medium-to-large establishments/corporations in the region

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

  • Able to work under ambiguous contexts and with little instruction

  • Able to receive feedback and improve upon past experiences

  • Able to work Independently, manage multiple clients, drive results, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and has results-driven mindset

  • Has a driver's license and owns a car (strongly preferred)

  • Experience in an early-stage business is a bonus, but not a must

  • Resides in Jordan and able to commit for a full-time position

Compensation Type
Non-salaried commission-based compensation, capped at 3600/month.
